Time Delay, whilst accommodating attrition losses along the way. This
is the same as placing items on a conveyor belt
and removing a fraction of them before they reach the
end. This module enhances the functionality of the First Order
Pipeline Delay—Attrition, by adding specifically defined dimensions to aid analysis.
